SHIPPING POLICY

We understand that shipping is one of the most important factors and therefore we at Jodhpore Home have tied up with the best shipping and logistics companies worldwide to give you a seamless experience.

Shipping to the USA & Worldwide

For International shipping we use services of DHL who are the leading logistics and shipping suppliers worldwide.

Dispatch

Most of our products are handmade by local skilled artisans and hence the dispatch times vary due to numerous factors. Please see product wise information for dispatch times for each product.

Delivery

We provide door to door deliveries worldwide for areas serviceable by DHL. Once dispatched the delivery takes 15-20 business days for most locations subject to custom clearances. Do note that shipping times may vary due to certain external factors not in our control.

Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor.

Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 5 days, after this time line, we shall be free to charge for holding the products for longer.

Charges

We provide free shipping on most products across USA and most locations worldwide. Please contact us at care@jodhporehome.com if you don't live in a commonly serviceable country.

Tracking & Customs

We will email you the tracking details as soon as your order ships. The custom charges in India are included in the cost of the product. The custom charges if any at the delivery destination is to be paid by you. Incase you do not pay those charges the shipment is bound to be destroyed or returned to origin and no refund will be applicable. To ensure smooth delivery and custom information exchange it is highly recommended that you provide your contact number, any alternative contact number and email address for communication if required. The customs do not hold the shipment for more than 3-4 days within which DHL needs to communicate with you. The customs in your destination country may require your valid national ID information which DHL will communicate to you.

Insurance

All of our shipments are insured against damage or loss in transit. The claim and honor is subject to investigation by DHL and further approval by insurance company who usually take 30-40 days.
